Insoluble Electrode for Plating (KDSA)

  DSA for plating is an excellent electrode in the economic aspect with low consumption of chemicals which are added for solid plating. KDSA of KUMKANG has been developed and commercialized, which reduces the consumption of chemicals by more than 80% than previous DSA.

  KDSA can be applied variously to MLCC and PCB/FPCB, etc. and can be used for the best suitable electrode in the insoluble plating method. Also, the lifespan has been increased by 20% longer than previous DSA and the negative reaction has been minimized to applied electric current.

Rectifier for Plating

  Currently, SCR (Silicon Controller Rectifier) has been widely used for plating process. However, IGBT element was developed, so that now IGBT type rectifier has been supplied for more excellent efficiency and higher precision than previous rectifiers. KUMKANG has retained the manufacturing technology which adds a necessary function for precision plating to IGBT type rectifier for good quality plating.

  In addition, it is available to manufacture a super-precision FET type rectifier with low electric current, and to control the electric current of 0.0001A and add several functions according to the condition for plating.
